Our clients

Work that shipped, people who vouch.

Daily shipping across YouTube, LinkedIn, IG Reels, TikTok, and email in six weeks, with the team trained to run it independently.

“We hired Payton because our content was inconsistent and our team was drowning. Six weeks later we were shipping daily, and none of it depended on him being in the room. Instead of selling us hours like a typical consultant, he built us a machine, handed us the keys, and trained our team to run it.”
Sam Steffanina CMO, Remix

CRM categorization and ICP scoring for 1,900+ prospect accounts in one month, using AI automation workflows on their HubSpot database.

“What sets Payton apart is that his expertise goes well beyond go-to-market. The framework and thinking he brings could just as easily serve ops, finance, or product. He also stayed engaged post-handoff. I’d recommend him to any team looking to put agentic AI to work on real problems.”
Riley Bjornberg Strategy and Operations, BaseLayer

20 stills and 15 clips delivered by Monday, shot, edited, and produced over a single weekend for LinkedIn and X.

“A full production deliverable on a compressed timeline, using the Media Assembly Method end to end.”
James Burrow CYFT, now at BuildBetter

A content workflow producing platform-native output for LinkedIn, X, scripts, and image assets from a single source piece, built in one month.

“Agents set up to generate an entire derivative content run from one recording, in my voice, ready to review.”

Why work with me

Naval Officer turned marketer.

I started my marketing journey inside venture-backed startups, learning under the founders behind Myspace, Jam City, and Words with Friends. They taught me to measure by growth, not vanity metrics. Since then I have:

  • Led marketing teams
  • Produced millions of views
  • Helped founders develop content systems
  • Built AI-powered marketing workflows

Now I bring that same operating experience to the media operation I run for you.

How it runs

The Media Assembly Method, in six moves.

1

Business outcome first

Onboarding audits your business, audience, offers, media, and workflow. Every engagement picks one primary model: reach, authority, or niche media. We do not make content to fill a calendar.

2

Shoot for the outcome

Topic sourcing, hook development, run of show, shot lists, and calls to action, planned before recording so the session produces more useful standalone moments.

3

Capture the expertise

For full-service clients we prepare the session, guide the recording, and optimize the setup. Show up. Be the expert. Talk. Leave. We handle the operation around you.

4

Media assembly

Human editorial judgment plus an internal system: modern editing tooling, AI-assisted research and transcription, reusable visual systems, brand instructions, automation, and human quality control. You never have to learn or touch the stack.

5

Distribution

Approved media mapped to your channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Shorts, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, email, and private communities, published or scheduled under contracted access.

6

The learning loop

Create, distribute, measure, learn, create better. Performance signals feed the next session. For the right clients we also connect content to lead magnets, landing pages, capture, and attribution.

The why

Here's the thinking behind our process.

Everyone has heard that it takes eight to twelve touchpoints to turn a cold lead into a customer. That part is true. Here is what nobody tells you about where those touchpoints actually happen.

17%

of buying time is spent with sellers

And that is across every competing vendor combined. The rest goes to research, peers, and content you did not control. Your media is how you show up in the other 83 percent.

Gartner, B2B buying research
70%

of the decision is made before contact

Buyers are about seventy percent through their decision before they ever speak to a vendor. It held across industries, price points, and seniority. By the time the call happens, the outcome is largely set.

6sense, study of 900+ B2B buyers

Whoever filled the time you were not in the room already won. Your media operation is how that becomes you.

Authority

The Institution

Respected, not known. Compared on price. Churns without guilt.

Intimate Authority

Known, and looked up to. Premium prices feel fair. The ask feels natural.

The Stranger

You are noise. Nobody buys, because nobody registers you.

The Friend

Warmth and loyalty. Loves the content, balks at the invoice.

Intimacy

The IA Matrix

Years of research and testing point at one place: people buy at the intersection of authority and intimacy.

Too rigid and you are a brand account. Respected, but not known. Too familiar and you are the friend. Warmth, loyalty, and a wince when the invoice shows up.

What you actually want is to be the trusted voice in your niche. The mentor. The person they already look up to before the conversation starts. Every piece of media we assemble is built to move you toward that corner.

And why omnichannel?

Because the three layers of attention do different jobs, and no single platform covers them all.

Awareness

Short form, ads, PR, search. Seconds of attention. They learn you exist and stay on the list of options.

Seconds

Attention

Long form, podcasts, newsletters, your site. Minutes of attention. They start learning from you.

Minutes

Retention

Communities, live rooms, events, real conversations. Hours over months. This is where buying decisions actually get made.

Hours

Short content buys familiarity. Deep content buys trust.

The guarantee

We hit the agreed volume, or we work free until we do.

Before production begins, we agree on a target production volume based on your objectives, your channels, and the quantity and quality of the source content you provide. That plan goes in writing.

If we fail to deliver the agreed volume within the agreed window, we continue working at no additional cost until every committed deliverable is complete.

The honest fine print: a one-hour recording does not automatically equal a fixed number of assets. The source has to contain enough distinct ideas and moments to support the plan without sacrificing quality, which is exactly why we help you shoot for the outcome. Platform reach, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed by anyone honest.

FAQ

The usual questions.

Who is this actually for?
Founders, experts, personal brands, and founder-led media teams that already create valuable long-form content and want a media operation around it, not a bigger payroll. The best fit has a real business or media property worth supporting, can supply source material consistently, and has one person authorized to approve content.
What counts as source content?
Podcasts, interviews, live shows, webinars, educational videos, keynotes. Recurring beats one-off. If you are not recording anything yet, the full-service tier exists precisely to build that with you.
Do I need to learn your tools?
No. The internal stack includes professional editing tooling, AI-assisted research and transcription, automation, and reusable visual systems, and none of it is your problem. You review and approve finished media. We operate the machine.
What does distribution include?
Preparing, scheduling, or publishing approved content to your selected channels under the access you grant. It does not include community management, comment replies, DM sales, paid ads, or crisis communications unless we explicitly add them.
How fast do I see drafts, and how do revisions work?
First drafts within five business days of receiving a compliant source recording and required materials, with two consolidated revision rounds per cycle. One authorized approver on your side keeps that fast.
Why a three month commitment?
Because the learning loop is the product. Month one calibrates voice and formats, month two tightens from performance data, month three is when the operation runs at full quality. Shorter engagements sell you editing, not an operation.
Do you guarantee views or leads?
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. We guarantee the agreed production volume, in writing, and we keep working free until it is delivered if we miss. Reach and revenue depend on your offer and market, which is why strategy comes before production.

You record. We run the machine.

Thirty minutes to look at what you already produce and map what it should be turning into every month.
